Volunteer

The Ottawa Guild of Potters is a unique non-profit organization in its 36th year.  We rely on volunteer members to support the various tasks that need to be carried out throughout the year. Our activities including sales events, charity fund-raising such as Great Bowls of Fire, this website, the library, newsletter and all the executive and supportive roles rely on your willingness to take on new challenges and lend a hand. Please speak to the President if you would like to offer your support.  There are many tasks of all sizes and some that would fit your schedule and interests.  

Great Bowls of Fire

Great Bowls of Fire! A great success every year! Each patron gets a bowl to take home after they eat the fantastic soups and breads donated by the many restaurants and bakeries involved. Potters from the Guild donate bowls.

This is not only a fun evening but a great way to support the Food Bank. Read the report by the Citizen's Ron Eade about a previous year's event.

Spring Sale Charity

The Ottawa Guild of Potters choose a new charity for the Spring Sale every year. We support the same charity at both sales within the calendar year. Below is the list of charities we have supported since 2005.
