On Your Marks for Great Bowls of Fire 2012
The preparation for the 2012 edition of Great Bowls of Fire has begun! The event is planned for March 3rd at the Glebe Community Centre.
We would like to thank the following Ottawa Guild of Potters members who put forward their names to donate 25 bowls for this charity event for the Ottawa Food Bank. They are Sarah Hand, Anne Chambers, Cathy Payne, Colette Beardall, Art Petch, Linda Taylor, Ileana Tierney, Mahnaz Hazeghi, Pat Jessop, Wade Vienneau and Sue-Ann Blakely. Other members are also heartily encouraged to make more bowls or other ceramic items that could be auctioned during our soup fest.
